The accommodation is located in the midst of a unique olive grove and offers a spectacular view of Lake Garda. On the picturesque southern slope, you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening, relax, immerse yourselves in nature, and leave everyday life behind – this starts as soon as you arrive. Since the accommodation is not directly accessible by car and can only be reached via a narrow access road or a pleasant 20-minute walk, your hosts will pick you up from the public, free car park in Tignale/Oldesio and bring you to the apartment. The saltwater pool is shared with only one other apartment. The bright holiday apartment is 50 square meters, has its own entrance, and is accessible directly from the garden. Four large French doors with insect screens provide plenty of daylight and offer an unobstructed view of Lake Garda. The apartment includes a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 1.80 m wide double bed, an intermediate room with a built-in 1.20 m bed that can also be used as a cozy reading corner, and a bathroom with a wellness shower. Amenities on site include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine, and dishwasher. The holiday apartment also offers a private outdoor area with a garden, terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower. As nature is the focus, the apartments are not equipped with air conditioning. Instead, traditional Mediterranean know-how ensures a pleasant indoor climate: from partial integration into the ground, thoughtful shading, to natural cooling by airing at night.
